The staff were excellent. Sham that when we got to the hotel was already fully booked. The staff phoned up a sister hotel about 5 miles away, they did have spare rooms and kindly paid for a taxi to get is there.

Good value, friendly staff who were very helpful and very convenient for the airport for a 6:05am flight! 3 course set evening meal for 18€ was exceptional. Outside pool was very welcome given the heat.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Negative reviews from some guests about its proximity to the airport and the highway were unjustified (if you don't want to be close to the airport, then don't choose an airport hotel). After a phone arrangement, we were allowed an early check-in. We had a standard room on the ground floor, which was clean, spacious, and had a functional air conditioning. Everything was in order. The hotel offers a sunny terrace with sun loungers and a small pool. Since our flight was late at night, this hotel was ideal. During the day, we enjoyed the sun by the pool, and later at night, we easily reached the airport. The hotel also provides airport transfer.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, airport shuttle service fast reliable and free and the staff were all lovely especially Carmen and David at the front desk who were so friendly and helpful, the only staff member that let them down was one of the cleaning ladies who seemed to have an issue that we booked a late check out and was quite rude, we stayed here when we first arrived and came back to stay when we were leaving as it's so close to the airport and the metro station is 5min walk away and takes about 20mins to get into the city, super handy. The buffet breakfast was lovely and a reasonable price, I got the swimming pool to myself both mornings that I went, it was a little busier in the evening but still plenty of space. We didn't have a plug for our chargers and reception was kind enough to help us out, all in all great place, would definitely book again!

We arrived very late. The night staff were very welcoming and went out of their way to help us as the booking.com taxi request was not filled and my son was left abandoned with my 4 year old grand daughter at the airport as no taxi would bring them. The staff arranged a private car to collect them and for that I am very grateful. The breakfast was lovely and well worth the money.

We booked the hotel following a flight cancellation, and couldn't have been happier, the team on the desk and in the restaurant were fantastic, and made us feel very welcome while helping us at a very challenging time. Hotel was very conveniently located for the airport, it's alongside a busy road, but no noise in the hotel itself. Don't take the location / front of the building at face value - inside was much nicer and we would recommend. It's used widely by flight staff, which probably tells you all you need to know

I chose this hotel because I had an early flight, and it is located at 3 minutes from the airport by car. The hotel offers a shuttle service, and everything went well. But the hotel is really beautiful, with large rooms, very clean, well equipped with desk, safe, minibar, closet, a large bathroom with everything.

I stayed last week 25/26.06 in this hotel. Everything was perfect!! The man in the reception (Luciano) was beyond wonderful, he was very very kind, I can’t thank him enough for his kindness and help!! Everything else was also very good. For those who complained about the plane noise, for me it wasn’t annoying at all, the opposite i really enjoyed seeing planes flying over the hotel from my bed.. Breakfast was also very various and delicious..

A very nice airport hotel! We had previously stayed in the Travelodge nearby at the beginning of our stay. After a few issues at the Travelodge, I decided to cancel and book somewhere else. I'm really glad I did! Port Azafata feels much more like a nice hotel than an airport hotel. The room was spacious and tidy, the bar was very nice and the staff were really helpful. There's even a pool and a really nice outdoor seating area. We had a great stay and I would definitely book again.

Close to Airport. Staff excellent Room clean and quiet. Good pool to cool off. About 20 mins by metro to old town (get off at Colon....yes, Colon!) from Rosas station. Two supermarkets near metro.
